Systems & Equipment We Service
Independent inspection and maintenance of fixed CO₂ fire-extinguishing systems. Our service includes hydrostatic pressure testing of cylinders, level checks via ultrasonic liquid level indicators, and functional testing of release valves and manifolds in accordance with IMO MSC.1/Circ.1318.
Specialized maintenance for clean-agent systems. We verify agent quantity, cylinder pressure, and signal transmission to the fire alarm panel, ensuring the system is ready for immediate deployment in sensitive areas.
Specialized inspection of dry chemical powder systems, primarily used on liquefied gas carriers. We verify the fluidity of the powder agent, inspect the nitrogen propellant cylinders, and test the discharge monitors and hose stations to ensure immediate activation. Dry powder agitation is a mandatory part of every inspection we conduct.
Targeted inspection of fixed galley fire-extinguishing systems — galley-specific CO₂ units, deep fat fryer and wet chemical suppression systems. We ensure that discharge nozzles in exhaust ducts and deep fat fryer hoods are clear and that the mechanical or electrical activation triggers are fully operational. For galley CO₂, deep fat fryer and wet chemical systems, we always check when the last hydrostatic pressure test and refill were performed.
Technical service for high-pressure water mist units. We focus on pump performance tests, cleaning of fine-mesh filters, and the functional testing of section valves to guarantee immediate activation and optimal atomization.
Periodic inspection of sprinkler networks. Our service covers flow tests of alarm valves, checking of pressure switches, and visual inspections of piping to identify corrosion or blockages before they become a risk.
Maintenance of foam proportioning equipment and monitors. We verify the correct mixing ratio of foam concentrates and ensure that monitors and valves are lubricated, maneuverable, and ready for deployment.
Professional on-board sampling of foam concentrates. In accordance with IMO MSC.1/Circ.1312, we provide independent laboratory analysis to certify expansion properties and drainage time.
Reliable lab data to ensure regulatory compliance for onboard foam concentrates — specialized PFOS/PFAS-free testing through our partner laboratory to meet the latest environmental regulations.
Certification and testing of fire detection loops. We use professional test equipment to verify the sensitivity of smoke, heat and flame detectors, ensuring reliable alerts without false alarms on the Bridge or ECR.
Calibration and functional testing of gas monitoring systems. We use certified calibration gases to verify sensor accuracy for flammable gases, toxic vapors, or oxygen depletion in pump rooms and hazardous areas.
Inspection, refill and hydrostatic pressure test of portable and wheeled fire extinguishers (Powder, CO₂, Foam, Water). We ensure correct charge levels and verify compliance with SOLAS and flag state requirements.
Technical check of portable foam applicators and their associated concentrate tanks. We verify that the units are ready for immediate use in engine rooms or on deck, ensuring the mixing nozzles are clear and hoses are in prime condition.
Comprehensive service for breathing apparatus, including face mask leak tests, functional checks of demand valves, and hydrostatic pressure testing of air cylinders to guarantee firefighter safety.
Periodic inspection of emergency escape sets. We verify pressure gauges, hood integrity and expiration dates to ensure that crew members have a reliable air supply during emergency evacuations.
Certification of breathing air purity. Using calibrated testing equipment, we analyze the air delivered by your high-pressure compressors and test for CO, CO₂, oil and water vapor to ensure full compliance with EN 12021.
