OUR HISTORY

Future course

Woell Marine was founded 2015. Initially, we started with safety services around life-saving equipment on ships of all kinds. Thanks to our flexible, quality-oriented approach, success did not fail to materialize. More and more frequently, we were asked by our customers whether we could also supply them with safety equipment. Due to the high demand, we entered the brokerage business in 2016. Shortly thereafter, we added another service to our portfolio: professional load testing of lifting equipment. In 2018, we became one of the first German companies to receive approval for the use of drones to inspect enclosed shipping spaces. With this innovative method, we live up to our claim of always offering our customers efficient, flexible solutions. In addition to our services such as inspection, certification, maintenance and repair, we are also continuously expanding our brokerage business. We have been an authorized partner of LALIZAS since 2017, and of Riken Keiki since 2018.

Woell Marine’s home port is Hamburg. We started from here and offered our services first in Germany and then in Europe. Today, we operate 24/7 around the globe with a network of experienced contractors. After all, Hamburg is not considered the “gateway to the world” for nothing.
Despite Woell Marine’s continuous expansion, we have always remained true to our philosophy. We see ourselves as a flexible, uncomplicated problem solver who personally takes care of your concerns with a lot of passion and know-how. We offer you fast response times and quality at fair, comprehensible prices – without hidden costs. We stick to agreements and deadlines. We schedule your service at a convenient port for you and carry out inspections on board efficiently and conscientiously.

We focus on traditional values and a contemporary, dynamic way of working. Because we want to be more than just a service provider. We believe that, especially in turbulent times, reliable partnerships and lasting business relationships are the key to a successful future.
